Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders will be prepared and ready for dispatch as soon as we can which is usually within 2 working days and dispatched no later than 5 working days.
Weekend orders including late Friday and holiday period orders will as you expect have some variation in time scales.
Depending on costs, as we like to keep them at a minimum, orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st Class on request. You should receive an email from Royal Mail on the day of dispatch with tracking information. From time to time depending on the order and the jurisdiction we may use other agents as carriers to fulfil orders.
We do not regard orders that have been scheduled /arranged to be left in a safe place by the purchaser or with others (neighbours included) to be our liability, they will be regarded as delivered by us and our carrying agent and become the liability of the purchaser.
Where possible we will always combine items to reduce postage costs, however sometimes this is not possible but rare.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Costs for international delivery will be quoted at the checkout. International orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail or courier.
Please note that we have no control over import duties and tax charges for orders outside the UK and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order as you will be responsible for payment.
POSTAGE
Postage is charged at the applicable flat rate stated on our website.
There are varied rates for the following destinations:
United Kingdom and Channel Islands
Europe
Rest of the world
We reserve the right to cancel orders that are made from certain countries, we will notify the buyer at the point of purchase, however this is very rare.
YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY
Your order will normally be packed and dispatched by Royal Mail first class post within 48 hours although during busy periods this time period may be a few days longer.
Current shipping time/delivery times displayed are to provide a guideline only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be held liable to you for any delays in delivery.
Please note that customers are solely responsible for entering complete and correct postal details for each order. We are not liable or responsible for any lost orders owing to incorrect information being given.
We cannot be held responsible for any order if its delivery has been arranged to be left in a safe place or with neighbours by the payee / purchaser.
